These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Puraag Constructions website (the "Site") and any enquiry, quotation, or construction, renovation, contracting or related service (the "Services") provided by Puraag Constructions ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), having its office at No 54 Sri Raghavendra Nilya, 3rd Cross, Padarayana Pura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560026. By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. About Us

Puraag Constructions is a construction company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, offering residential, commercial and industrial construction, contracting, renovation and MEP services. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to contract; all project engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or work order signed by both parties.

2. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.
  • You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, malware, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
  • All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics and layout — is provided for general information about our company and Services and is not a substitute for professional advice specific to your project.

3. Enquiries, Quotations & Cost Estimates

  • Any cost estimator, package pricing, or indicative figures shown on the Site are approximate, provided for general guidance only, and may vary based on site conditions, material specifications, statutory approvals, design changes and prevailing market rates at the time of execution.
  • A formal quotation is issued only after a site visit, requirement discussion and scope finalisation, and becomes binding only once accepted in writing by both parties.
  • Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create any obligation on either party until a formal agreement is executed.

4. Payments

Payment schedules, milestones and modes are agreed separately in the project contract or work order for each engagement. Delays in agreed payments may result in a corresponding delay in project timelines, and the Company reserves the right to pause work until outstanding dues are cleared, as specified in the applicable agreement.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines communicated on the Site, in quotations, or during discussions are indicative. Actual completion dates may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, material or labour availability, statutory approvals, client-requested changes, and force majeure events. Any such impact will be communicated to the client as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Warranties & Workmanship

We aim to deliver work of good quality in line with agreed specifications and applicable building standards. Specific warranty periods and coverage for workmanship, waterproofing, structural work or fittings, where applicable, are detailed in the individual project agreement and do not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alterations, natural wear, or events outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, content, photographs and material displayed on the Site remain the intellectual property of Puraag Constructions or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any such material for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Project photographs on the Site may be used with the consent of the respective clients.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as social media or maps) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any linked third-party site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puraag Constructions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on indicative information published on it. This clause does not limit liability arising from a signed project agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Puraag Constructions harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
