Project overview
Currently in active interior finishing stage, this luxury residence in Malur is distinguished by a show-stopping sculpted false ceiling — a bespoke gypsum design of flowing petal-like forms with embedded LED profiling that transforms the living area into a statement space. The project covers premium interior turnkey finishing including high-gloss marble and porcelain tiles, decorative wall panelling, teak and glass joinery and a prayer room finished with polished marble and gold-toned inlays. Work is progressing on schedule with completion due shortly.
