Built for Nalini Vijay, this contemporary residence stands out for its dramatic interior volumes — a double-height staircase clad in natural ledger stone rises beneath a full-width skylight, creating a striking visual centrepiece. The living areas feature custom gypsum false ceilings with warm LED profiling, Carrara-tone marble flooring and teak-finish joinery throughout. The modular kitchen is designed with precision and the compound elevation features textured brick and gabion wall panels finished with ornamental metalwork.
